Deborah Grodzicki, PhD
Founder and Principal
Deborah supports leaders and teams to use data as a tool for achieving positive organizational change. With a background in organizational psychology and social research methodology, Deborah is passionate about boosting organizational effectiveness through systematic inquiry. She dedicates her time to helping mission-driven organizations demystify data and use it as a tool for cultivating a culture of learning and growth through shared vision, language, and practices.
Prior to starting RDL Insights, Deborah was the Associate Director at Innovation Network, where she provided research, evaluation, and strategic support to foundations and nonprofits across the US. As an immigrant and native Spanish speaker, Deborah brings her culturally diverse background to her work. She pushes for inclusion of diverse perspectives and builds trusted partnerships through critical inquiry, empathy, and collaborative sensemaking.
Deborah completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Duke University and holds a PhD in Social Research Methodology from UCLA, an MA in Organizational Psychology from Claremont Graduate University, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester.
